Pod mod errors are inevitable during use. In addition to serious errors that require technical intervention, here are some minor pod mod errors that you can handle at home.
Note: If your pod mod still cannot work properly after all the steps, please send it to the nearest pod mod maintenance facility immediately.
I. Pod mod battery errors and how to fix them
Battery failure is the most common type of pod mod failure, and most of these failures, except for battery failure, can be solved with a few simple steps.
1. Pod mod error not charging
Check the device's charger, charging cable, and charging port. The charging pins may be bent or misaligned, the charger's power source may be loose, or the charging port may be dirty or wet.
2. Pod mod charging error is unstable
The average charging time of a pod mod is 45 - 80 minutes, depending on the charging source and the design of the device (Type C chargers can support fast charging). If you find the battery charging faster or slower than this time, check the charging source to see if it is correct according to the manufacturer's recommended power source. Avoid charging overnight because some devices do not have a mechanism to automatically stop charging when the battery is full, causing the battery to reduce its lifespan or worse, cause the battery to swell and explode.
The Vape Club recommends using stable charging sources such as iPhone chargers or laptops to ensure durability and long battery life. Avoid using unstable sources such as power banks or car chargers unless absolutely necessary.

II. Coil errors on pod mod and how to fix them
In addition to batteries, coil and cartridge errors are also quite common, depending on the severity, they can affect your vaping experience.
1. Pod mod error does not recognize coil
Also known as “no atomizer” or “check atomizer”, it often happens to pod mods that use coils (OCC) and separate cartridges (rarely happens to coils with cartridges). If your device has this error, the connection pins of the cartridge or coil may be loose. Just check the connection pins again, screw or press the coil back in.
In another case, when you have followed the above steps correctly but still get this error, your coil (OCC) and cartridge may be damaged. You need to replace the coil (OCC) and cartridge.

2. Burnt coil
If you vape and the coil smells burnt, then the coil is definitely burnt. The reason is usually because during the preparation step, you added too little e-juice or the e-juice was not soaked evenly or not soaked long enough. Replace the coil immediately.
In some cases, if the coil burns out even after just one or two days of use, you should consider changing the e-liquid. It is possible that the e-liquid you are using is too sweet, causing the sweetener inside to form a layer on the coil body, causing uneven heating and burning.
3. How to clean coil
To have a long-lasting coil, in addition to using less sweet e-liquids, cleaning the coil is also necessary whether you are using OCC or coil. The cleaning steps for these two types of coils are also very simple.
With OCC, you just need to roll a piece of tissue paper and absorb all the excess essential oil in the OCC core. Do not stir too much to avoid paper crumbs stuck on the coil surface causing residue.
With the coil on the RBA, heat the coil until it is red hot, then wait about 5-10 seconds for the coil to cool down, then immediately dip it in water to remove the residue on the coil. Repeat this step about three to five times (depending on the level of residue on the coil) and remember to clean it at least once every five to seven days.
4. Pod error of essential oil leakage
Leaking, also known as “leak juice”, is one of the most common pod mod errors that any pod mod can encounter. The cause is due to too much e-juice being poured into the pod, causing the cotton in the coil to not absorb it in time, or due to the pressure difference during the process of opening and closing the e-juice filling hole or during use, causing the e-juice to be forced out.
One pod head is leaking essential oil
This is a difficult problem to solve once and for all, but The Vape Club can show you some simple remedies.
Choose salt nic e-liquid with the appropriate VG/PG ratio: Most genuine salt nic e-liquids are currently mixed in a ratio of 50/50 or 60/40, which is the most suitable ratio for most OCC coils currently on the market. If the e-liquid is too thick or too thin, it will make it difficult for the coil to absorb the e-liquid and cause e-liquid to leak through the air holes.
Replace coil : The average lifespan of an OCC is about 1 to 2 weeks. After this time, the absorption capacity of the cotton in the coil will weaken, causing excess essential oil to overflow or be sucked back up the pod's smoke tube, causing the essential oil to clog.
