Warranty policy

1. WARRANTY POLICY

All devices purchased at The Vape Club are covered by a warranty policy if there is a fault from the manufacturer or user. In case of a fault from the manufacturer, the product will be replaced with a new one. The body and burner products are entitled to lifetime technical support.

a) Warranty period for each product type:

The product warranty period will be calculated from the date of purchase at The Vape Club. In case the product is accepted for warranty exchange, the warranty period for the exchanged product will be calculated based on the number of days remaining from the date of purchase.

Each product type will have a specific warranty period as follows:

Vape devices, atomizers: 60 days.

Disposable atomizer or pod: 15 days.

Battery & removable battery charger: 30 days.

Consumables (Cartridge, pod, OCC): 15 days.

Essential oils, gifts, other accessories: 7 days.

b) Purchase and repair subsidy policy:

For products with any defects that do not meet the conditions for a replacement warranty, we will support 20% of the value of the same product within 60 days (from the date of purchase) or support a part of the repair cost. This policy only applies to vape devices and atomizers purchased at TVC (high end and sale products do not apply this policy).

2. WARRANTY CONDITIONS

List of product categories covered by warranty policy

Vape equipment: Box mod, mech mod, pod mod, AIO kit, disposable pod, closed system.

Essential oils: Essential oils.

Atomizer: RTA, RDA. RDTA, clearomizer, disposable tank.

Consumable accessories: Cartridge Pod, OCC, battery, charger, other electronic components.

Other products: Program gifts, accessories and components for vape devices and burners.

All returned and warranted products must satisfy the following warranty conditions:

  • The product must belong to the group in the warranty list.

  • Still in original condition, with The Vape Club warranty seal, invoice, device box, labels.

  • No external impact, collision, drop, or scratches.

  • Electronic circuit is not affected by essential oil leakage, electrical impulses, or short circuits due to using an unsafe charging source.

  • Do not disassemble or repair the device yourself.

  • Closed pod and disposable pod products still have essential oil inside the device.

  • New essential oils have different quality and flavor compared to the same bottle, are manufacturer's defects, have not been degraded by the environment and caused during use.

  • The warranty phone number matches the phone number recorded for purchase.

  • Use the device according to the manufacturer's instructions.

  • The product comes with warranty, full invoice and product box.

  • The returned product must be a defective product due to manufacturer error.

3. PRODUCT WARRANTY METHOD

a) For customers purchasing directly at the store.

Please bring the defective device directly to the place of purchase for inspection and warranty.

b) For customers shopping online.

Please call hotline 028 9995 9585 for instructions and address to receive warranty products.

After being instructed by the staff, please pack the product you want to warranty, invoice and pay the shipping fee and send it to The Vape Club address as instructed by the staff.

We will check and notify you as soon as possible.

4. PROCEDURE FOR WARRANTY, REPAIR AND PRODUCT RETURN

a) For products still under warranty.

1. In case of product defect from the manufacturer.

  • The Vape Club will check the order and notify the customer before sending back the new product and recalling the defective product.

  • In case you want to change to another product: Please change to a product with the same or higher value than the purchased product.

  • Within 60 days from the date of purchase, customers will receive a 20% subsidy or partial support for repair costs according to the provisions of the purchase subsidy policy if the product has a manufacturer defect but is refused to be exchanged for a new one due to violation of warranty conditions.

2. In case of product error from the user side.

  • The Vape Club will cover part of the cost of repairing the device or subsidize 20% according to the regulations in the purchase subsidy policy within 60 days. In case you choose to repair, we will notify you of the supported cost before proceeding with the repair.

b) For products that are out of warranty and subsidy period, repair.

  • The Vape Club checks orders and offers free device repair services.

  • For devices that need to have parts replaced, The Vape Club will notify the customer and quote the cost of replacing the repair parts before proceeding.

📍 Note


  • In case it cannot be repaired, The Vape Club will notify the customer and return the entire product to the address sent by the customer.
  • The Vape Club will take back defective products if warranty or purchase price is accepted.
  • In case the customer's product is still under warranty and has been repaired or replaced, The Vape Club will support paying the shipping fee to return the product to the customer.
  • The customer's machine storage period after repair is 60 days from the date of notification of completion to the customer. In case the customer does not receive the machine or cannot be contacted, we will cancel the product.
