TVC WARRANTY POLICY

1. Warranty conditions

  • Applicable to products purchased at TVC and still under warranty.

  • Defective products due to manufacturer will be exchanged for new ones.

  • The product must have warranty stamp, invoice, complete box, not broken, scratched, or short-circuited due to improper use.

  • Disposable products must still have essential oil inside.

  • Warranty phone number must match purchase phone number.

2. Warranty period

  • Equipment, burner: 60 days

  • Battery & charger: 30 days

  • Disposable Pod, Cartridge, OCC: 3 days (1pc: 3 days, 2pc: 6 days, 5pc: 15 days)

  • Essential oil: 10 days

3. Support policy

  • Defective products that are not eligible for warranty: Support 10% of the new purchase price or part of the repair cost within 60 days.

  • Products with manufacturer defects but not eligible for exchange: Support 15% of new purchase value or free repair within 60 days.

  • User-defective products: Support repair or 10% discount on new purchase price within 60 days.

4. Warranty method

  • Direct buyers: Bring the product to the store to check.

  • Online buyers: Call 028 9995 9585 for warranty instructions.

5. Warranty & repair process

  • Products within warranty period: Check for errors → Replace or repair → Return to customer.

  • Products out of warranty: Repair support, fee based on warranty components.

  • If not repairable: Return product or recall if under warranty/subsidy.

📌 Note:

  • TVC will cover shipping costs for exchange/repair due to manufacturer defect.

  • Repaired products will be stored for up to 60 days. If the customer does not accept, TVC has the right to cancel.
