The Vape Club always wants customers to have the best service experience, that is our mission. Therefore, in case customers are not satisfied with the product and want to choose another product, The Vape Club will support to change to the product you want.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Conditions for product exchange.

Except for vape devices and atomizers, the remaining product categories must have the original seal to be eligible for the product exchange policy. In some cases, the product has lost its seal but its performance and value remain unchanged. We will evaluate and make the final decision to apply the product exchange policy.

In addition, all products must simultaneously satisfy the following conditions:

  • The product to be exchanged must be new, unused, and show no signs of user damage.

  • The product is still in original condition, no scratches, no decorative decals, has The Vape Club warranty stamp and purchase invoice.

  • The product box must remain in its original state, not dented, torn, written on, taped, and must match the product specifications.

  • Personal information and order match the information on The Vape Club system.

  • Not exposed to external forces or other factors such as temperature, flooding...

  • The Vape Club will refuse to exchange the product if the product purchased by the customer violates the conditions based on our assessment and decision.

2. Product exchange regulations.

  • Your product must meet the conditions for product exchange.

  • Time to exchange for another product within 7 days from the date of receipt.

  • The value of the exchanged product must be equal to or higher than the value of the exchanged product.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

1. For customers purchasing at the store.

Please bring the product directly to the place of purchase to have it checked and exchanged for another product.

Staff will check the customer's product and advise customers to exchange for another product.

2. For customers shopping online.

Customers who purchase online and need to return or exchange products, please contact hotline 028 9995 9585 or contact the fanpage directly for advice and guidance from our staff.

We will check and notify you as soon as possible.
