We would like to announce the 2021 membership tiers for The Vape Club customers.
At 9am on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 , we will re-rank all customers' membership levels. There are 4 membership levels that will be ranked based on your total spending in 2020, different membership levels will have different benefits.
Member : Total spending from 0 VND to 7,499,999 VND – Will accumulate points equivalent to 4% of the bill value.
Friend : Total spending from 7,500,000 VND to 14,999,999 VND - Will accumulate points equivalent to 5% of the bill value.
Brother : Total spending from 15,000,000 VND to 29,999,999 VND – Will accumulate points equivalent to 6% of the bill value.
Family – Total spending from 30,000,000 VND or more – Will accumulate points equivalent to 7% of the bill value.
Use points:
The accumulated customer points will be kept and continue to accumulate with the new membership level. We are completing the system and you will be able to use the points next month, we will have a detailed announcement about the use of points.
Note: Within 6 months, membership points will automatically reset if customers do not use them.
